Retail Leasing - VP

We have oportunity with our client for Retail Leasing - Vice President , Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the retail leasing function for commercial and retail assets, ensuring optimal occupancy and tenant mix.

Develop and execute leasing strategies to attract national and international retail brands.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, brokers, consultants, and industry partners.

Oversee the entire leasing process: prospecting, negotiations, documentation, and handover.

Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize asset value.

Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, projects, operations) to ensure seamless execution of lease agreements.

Prepare and present regular leasing reports and business plans to senior management.

Mentor and lead the leasing team, fostering a high-performance culture.

Desired Candidate Profile:

12+ years of relevant experience in retail leasing, preferably with a reputed developer or IPC.

Proven track record in leasing large-scale commercial/retail projects and managing high-value transactions.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of the Gurgaon/NCR retail real estate market.

Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
