Retail Leasing - VP

You will have the opportunity to work as a Retail Leasing - Vice President in Gurgaon with our client. Your main responsibilities will include leading the retail leasing function for commercial and retail assets to ensure optimal occupancy and tenant mix. You will be responsible for developing and executing leasing strategies to attract national and international retail brands. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders such as retailers, brokers, consultants, and industry partners will also be a crucial part of your role. Your tasks will involve overseeing the entire leasing process including prospecting, negotiations, documentation, and handover. It will be important for you to monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide strategic recommendations to maximize asset value. Collaboration with internal teams like legal, finance, projects, and operations will be necessary to ensure seamless execution of lease agreements. Additionally, you will be required to prepare and present regular leasing reports and business plans to senior management. As a successful candidate, you should have at least 12 years of relevant experience in retail leasing, preferably with a reputed developer or IPC. A proven track record in leasing large-scale commercial/retail projects and managing high-value transactions is essential. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required for this role. A deep understanding of the Gurgaon/NCR retail real estate market, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, is highly desirable.
