Role Overview: We are seeking a Research Mentor in Chemistry and/or Chemical Engineering with a Postdoctoral affiliation from or at one of the following prestigious institutions: IIT Delhi IIT Bombay IIT Kharagpur IIT Guwahati IIT Kanpur IIT Roorkee IIT Madras IISc IIIT Hyderabad IIT (BHU) IIT Dhanbad As a mentor, you will guide high school students through advanced research projects in fields similar to Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, etc. Your role will be instrumental in helping students conceptualize, structure, and execute research that meets university-level standards and achieves global recognition. Key Responsibilities: Mentor students on research design, experimental methods, data analysis, and technical documentation. Guide projects from initial concept to final research paper or prototype development. Instill a spirit of inquiry, critical thinking, and hands-on experimentation. Evaluate student work, provide constructive feedback, and suggest areas for improvement. Support students in navigating academic challenges and developing technical mastery. Qualifications: PhD or Postdoctoral experience in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related fields from the listed top-tier institutions. Strong research background with publications in respected journals or conferences. Passion for teaching and inspiring the next generation of engineers and physicists.
