📣 Digital Marketing & Email Campaigns

• Manage and publish posts on Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Support content creation and track engagement
• Build and send branded email campaigns using

  Mailchimp

🌐 Website Maintenance

• Update product listings, web banners, and copy via platforms like Shopify or WordPress
• Ensure timely updates for new products, offers, and seasonal content

📋 Back Office Operations

• Enter and process orders, quotations, and payment requests in

  Brightpearl ERP

• Respond to RFQs and support B2B client communication

• Maintain accurate digital records and reports

• 3–5 years in a marketing or admin role supporting e-commerce or B2B clients

• Excellent command of English

  – both

  spoken and written

• Experience using Mailchimp

  , CMS platforms, and social media tools
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets
• Familiarity with

  Brightpearl

  or other ERP systems (preferred)
• Able to work fully on

  North American EST hours (9 AM – 5 PM)

• Reliable home office setup and high-speed internet with power backup

• Experience with BrightPearl or WordPress
• Design tools like Canva or Photoshop
• Past support for North American brands
