Language Preference: Marathi and South Indian languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam)

Role Overview

WheelKart India is seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to lead our operations in Pune. This leadership role is crucial in driving our growth strategy, overseeing day-to-day business functions, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in team management, business development, and execution of strategic initiatives—preferably within the digital or automotive sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals
• Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to meet performance and sales targets
• Develop and implement effective strategies for business growth and market expansion
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, dealerships, and clients
• Monitor KPIs and operational efficiency, and take corrective actions when needed
• Collaborate with senior leadership on financial planning and organisational development
• Ensure high standards in customer service, brand presence, and operational compliance
• Represent WheelKart India in regional and national business forums or partnerships

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven experience in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and sustain strategic partnerships
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and brand-building strategies
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage
• Language Skills: Marathi and South Indian language proficiency preferred
