Job Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across various departments, ensuring the timely sourcing, screening, and selection of top talent. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of the Indian job market and employment trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and recruitment timelines.
  • Post job openings on appropriate job boards, career websites, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
  • Source qualified candidates through online databases, networking, referrals, and headhunting techniques.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate and job status data.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Support offer negotiation and closing process in coordination with HR and hiring teams.
  • Stay updated on current recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and labor laws specific to India.
  • Participate in employer branding efforts and job fair events when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with Indian job boards (e.g., Naukri, Shine, TimesJobs), LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience working with an ATS or CRM is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience recruiting for IT, BPO, or KPO sectors.
  • Exposure to international recruitment (US/UK/APAC) is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements related to hiring.

Working Hours:

Typically aligned with Indian Standard Time (IST), with flexibility depending on business needs or global coordination.
