L&D Manager

The Global Learning and Development (L&D) Manager will play a critical role in shaping and implementing the training and development strategies for the company on a global scale. Based in India, this position will serve as the central point of contact for all L&D activities worldwide, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness in enhancing employee capabilities and fostering a high-performance culture. You will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive global learning and development strategy that is closely aligned with the company's business objectives. Working closely with senior leadership and department heads, you will identify skill gaps and develop targeted training programs to address them. In this role, you will design and implement scalable training programs across various business verticals, including technical, functional, and leadership training. You will also introduce innovative learning models such as microlearning, e-learning, and blended learning solutions to promote continuous learning and development. As the Global L&D Manager, you will lead the selection, implementation, and management of a Learning Management System (LMS) to streamline training delivery and administration. You will leverage digital tools to enhance the efficiency and engagement of training programs. Managing a team of L&D specialists across different regions, you will provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of training initiatives. You will oversee training logistics, including scheduling, content development, vendor coordination, and delivery support. You will establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of training programs. By analyzing outcomes and feedback, you will continuously optimize the training initiatives to drive maximum impact and value for the organization.
