Job Purpose:

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates across all departments. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews, while building a strong talent pipeline for the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand manpower requirements from various departments and develop job descriptions in coordination with hiring managers.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through various channels including job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial screening, telephonic interviews, and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure a smooth interview process.
  • Manage candidate communication, including sharing job descriptions, interview details, feedback, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external hiring partners.
  • Ensure timely offer roll-outs, documentation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Handle recruitment for junior to mid-level as well as critical niche positions.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective negotiation and influencing ability.
  • Good understanding of the real estate, hospitality, and wellness industry (preferred).
  • Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-6 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in the real estate, hospitality, or wellness sectors.

Preferred Experience:

  • Exposure to bulk hiring as well as niche profiles.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
