The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. The Recruitment Specialist will also assist with onboarding new employees and developing training programs. Effective communication and collaboration with department managers to understand hiring needs is a crucial part of this role. Qualifications Minimum 3 to 7 years in strategic recruitment.
