Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Kolkata. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the entire hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding new hires. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, developing job descriptions, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. Additionally, the Recruitment Specialist will be involved in employee training and development to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
