Job Title: Recruitment Manager/Recruitment Lead Industry: Staffing & Manpower Supply (Domestic) Location: Work From Home (WFH) Experience: 5 to 11+ years Education: Any Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and grow our domestic recruitment team in the staffing and manpower supply sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, having started their career as a recruiter and gradually progressed into a leadership role. The individual must have a proven track record of managing teams of at least 10 members, with deep expertise in manpower planning, talent acquisition, and domestic full-cycle recruitment. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a recruitment team of 10+ members across various roles and industries. Drive end-to-end recruitment for domestic clients including sourcing, screening, scheduling, selection, negotiation, and onboarding. Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements for shutdowns, ongoing operations, and project-based needs. Develop and execute sourcing strategies via job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Set and track team KPIs related to closure timelines, offer-to-join ratios, and quality of hire. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to understand manpower needs and forecast hiring trends. Provide ongoing coaching, support, and performance evaluation of team members. Maintain detailed MIS and dashboards to monitor team output and recruitment performance. Required Skills & Competencies Strong experience in staffing and manpower supply for domestic clients (non-US). Demonstrated success in leading and scaling recruitment teams. Deep understanding of manpower planning, hiring cycles, and recruitment trends in the Indian market. Ability to manage volume and niche hiring simultaneously.
