Job Title: Expeditor Engineer (Mechanical) Location: Navi Mumbai Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or related field Experience: 3 to 8 Years Duration: 12 Months (Extendable) Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday | 9-Hour Shift Key Responsibilities Follow up on all goods ordered for projects and share regular MIS reports. Review and approve expediting plans for critical items (PO/PR). Collect and analyze progress reports from suppliers (weekly/monthly) Report delays to Buyers/PPMs and take corrective actions. Coordinate internally to get final quality clearance and follow up for IRN. Help resolve NCRs and technical issues with Engineering/Project teams Visit supplier sites periodically to check progress Give feedback on supplier performance to Buyers and PPMs. Ensure timely preparation of GRNs. Prepare reports for SAP PR aging, pending GRNs, etc. Required Skills Good communication and coordination skills Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools. Experience with SAP is a plus.
