Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist with end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews) Maintain HR records and databases (both digital and physical) Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires Help in drafting HR documents such as offer letters, internship letters, and other official communication Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and internal events Assist in performance management tracking and feedback collection Contribute to policy development and HR process improvement Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws Handle employee queries and direct them to the relevant HR personnel Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
