Job Summary: As a Recruitment Coordinator , you will play a vital role in optimizing the recruitment process and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position involves providing offshore direct referencing support and related services to our clients based in the United States. Over time, your responsibilities may grow to include detailed candidate assessments and coordination of onboarding activities.
