The Human Resources department enables TresVista's people to catalyze our clients’ impact. The department is responsible for recruitment, managing compensation and benefits, maximizing employee productivity and wellbeing, reviewing performance, enhancing employee lifecycle, and other aspects that affect the firm and its people. Talent Acquisition is a function tasked with chalking out a strategic approach to identifying, assessing, and acquiring skilled employees for meeting organizational needs. Other than recruitment, the team is responsible for employer branding, future resource planning, diversifying the organization’s labor force, and developing a robust candidate pipeline.
The Recruiter/Sr Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition will be responsible for finding, recruiting and hiring best-in-class talent. They will maintain effective working relations with stakeholders and execute ideas for improving the Talent Acquisition process and outcomes.
2 to 5 years of relevant work experience
Graduate in any discipline
