Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly hiring targets across various departments. Sourcing Strategy: Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies. Data-Driven Decisions: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and pipeline health.
