Recruiter (HR Executive) Experience: 2 - 6 Years Location: D-Block, Sector-63, Noida & Berger Tower, Sector-16, Noida Job Description and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment processes Design and update job descriptions Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates. Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking. Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone screens, interviews, and assessments. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers Maintain and update the candidate database for future hiring needs. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and candidate selection. Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, Indeed, Workindia, Apnajobs etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
