Position Requirements:
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduate
Work Experience: 3+ Years
Position Requirements:
1. Handle End-to-End Recruitment cycle
2. Sourcing & screening the Profiles
3. Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
4. Identifying & sourcing talented professional utilizing various job portals, referrals, head hunting, competitor mapping, existing database etc
5. Shall be responsible for revenue generation and closure of vacancies.
6. Volume hiring
7. Interviewing applicants and making sure that their skills match with the job requirements.
8. Coordinating interview, follow up with candidates entering all activities in database in a timely manner.
9. Negotiating on Notice Period and Compensation and emphasizing benefits and perks.
10. Responsible for candidates joining.
11. Drafting job posting on the portals
12. Build meaningful relationships with candidates to uncover crucial, intangible qualities desired within the next step in their careers
Required Skills:
1. Proficient in MS-office , Good presentation skill, Excellent communication and Strong interpersonal
2. Ability to prioritize tasks inline with fast changing business needs.
3. Self disciplined and have a positive attitude.
