Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Credence CS LLC located in Aligarh. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various IT roles. Daily tasks include coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining a database of potential candidates. The Recruiter will also be responsible for onboarding new hires and ensuring they align with Credence’s quality standards through a rigorous training process.

Qualifications

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Developing recruitment strategies and coordinating with hiring managers
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to maintain a candidate database and manage onboarding processes
• Experience with recruitment tools and software
• Familiarity with IT roles including network security, cybersecurity, and software development is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
