Job Summary: We are looking for a high-performing Real Estate Sales Manager female is first preference our organisation but good and smart and experienced male candidates can be consider to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and contribute to our company’s growth. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Development Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives. Set weekly/monthly targets and ensure team meets or exceeds them. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive property sales. Collaborate with marketing to generate leads and promotional campaigns. Monitor local real estate trends, pricing, and competition. Client Management Maintain relationships with existing clients and build new client pipelines. Conduct property presentations, site visits, and deal negotiations. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and handle complaints effectively. Reporting & Analytics Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement. Forecast sales and revenue performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales; at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. In-depth knowledge of real estate sales practices and legal guidelines. Goal-driven, self-motivated, and energetic personality. Preferred Skills: Network of developers, brokers, or real estate investors. Experience in residential, commercial, or luxury segment. Ability to handle high-pressure targets and client expectations.
