Job Description

We are looking for a high-performing and strategic Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our property sales team. The role involves developing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and overseeing the end-to-end sales process to drive revenue and meet targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, team leadership, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies for property sales. Identify new business opportunities and build a robust client base through networking, referrals, and market intelligence. Oversee the entire sales process including client presentations, site visits, negotiations, deal closure, and documentation. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve effectiveness. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated with real estate trends and pricing. Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to align lead generation and campaign efforts with sales goals. Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements in all transactions.
