Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of high-end villas,

boutique hotels, and resort properties at our flagship destination project in Pali. The ideal candidate will

possess a strong background in civil engineering and hands-on experience in managing high-end residential villa projects from start to finish. 

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of luxury villa construction projects including planning, execution, monitoring and delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards. 
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues or delays. 
• Prepare and maintain project schedules using MSP/Primavera and ensure real -time tracking of progress.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and ensure execution as per approved plans and specifications. 
• Monitor contractor and labour performance, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide regular progress updates and MIS reports to the DGM – Projects.
• Manage procurement coordination and inventory of construction materials. 
• Implement quality control and cost-saving measures across project stages. 
• Address and resolve project-related issues, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Software & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project and Primavera.
• Strong knowledge and execution capability with attention to detail in luxury villa and hospitality segment construction. 
• Excellent project planning, execution, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and team management skills.
• Ability to thrive in remote and fast-paced project environments. 

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Should have experience in handling high-budget, luxury real estate or hospitality construction. 
• Must be open to relocating or commuting to Pali on a full -time basis.
• Strong vendor and contractor management skills.
• Ability to multitask, lead teams, and independently manage stakeholder expectations.
