React Native Developer

We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer to join our in-house tech team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over the full product development life cycle with proven expertise in building, publishing, and maintaining mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. A sharp eye for UI and UX design is essential to deliver a seamless healthcare experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
• Work through the entire product development life cycle: requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
• Publish and update applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring compliance with their guidelines.
• Ensure applications are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with modern UI/UX principles.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional applications.
• Diagnose and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and app crashes on both Android and iOS.
• Optimize app performance and responsiveness across multiple devices.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and best practices in mobile app development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in React Native mobile app development.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), React Native, Redux, and REST APIs.
• Proven experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Solid knowledge of UI/UX best practices, with hands-on experience in designing clean, intuitive, and engaging mobile interfaces.
• Experience in handling app store rejections, bug fixes, and version updates.
• Familiarity with native build tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Gradle.
• Experience with push notifications, Firebase, app performance optimization, and third-party integrations.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code with proper documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in Node.js, MongoDB, or backend integration.
• Knowledge of TypeScript.
• Prior experience in health-tech or service-based mobile applications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
