Role: The QA Engineer is responsible for ensuring product quality by developing and implementing quality assurance procedures, conducting inspections, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

A. Core Responsibilities:

· Quality Assurance Set Up – Creating and overseeing quxality assurance procedures, standards, and documentation to ensure products meet specifications.

· Conducting Inspection & Tests – Performing thorough inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure only those materials and products move forward the production line / dispatch which meet specifications.

· Reporting: - Make Daily Quality Report, Defect / Product wise Quality Report & Monthly MIS Reports, maintain accurate records of quality data, defective product status and action taken on defects / defective product

· Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Action – To take a lead on defect wise root cause analysis and corrective action planned & status

· Team Leadership & Mentorship – Provide guidance & support to QA employees including training quality control procedures, equipment operation, and data analysis

· Maintaining QMS Documentation – Maintain QMS documentation

B. Cover Responsibilities

· Process Control – Support Production Engineers in Identifying, Documenting & Implementing Process Parameters & SOPs

· Team Collaboration – Be a team player, support other departments in achieving their target and help in analyzing & resolving problems

Reporting to: Unit Head & CEO

Qualification: Graduate in Mechanical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering along with 5-8 years’ experience in rubber manufacturing

Skills Required:

· Strong understanding of rubber materials, manufacturing processes, and quality control methodologies

· A good leader and clear communicator

· Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and interpret results to make informed decisions. Knowledge of basic & advanced quality concept and safety guidelines

· Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and Quality Tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
