Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Automation Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar
• Collaborate with developers and manual testers to understand requirements and translate them into test cases
• Perform regression testing and identify bugs or inconsistencies in software
• Execute automated tests and analyze results
• Maintain test environments and test data
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in automation testing
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or Maven
• Knowledge of bug tracking tools like JIRA or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Experience in API testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
• Exposure to performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter)
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms
