Job Title: QnXt Configuration Analyst (Junior / Mid / Senior Levels) Location: Coimbatore Experience: 0–8 Years (Junior: 0–2 yrs, Mid: 3–5 yrs, Senior: 5–8 yrs) Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Industry: Healthcare IT / Health Insurance Technology Stack: TriZetto QnXt, SQL Server, X12 EDI, BMAT/CMAT, Claims Systems Key Responsibilities: Configure benefit plans, provider contracts, pricing, and claims logic using QnXt. Set up BMAT, CMAT, code tables, and EDI transactions (834, 837, 835, 270/271). Collaborate with Business Analysts for requirements gathering and system design. Support testing (unit, QA, UAT) and post-production validation. Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide Level 2 support. Document configurations and adhere to change management standards. Required Skills: Must-Have: Hands-on experience with TriZetto QnXt tools (based on level of role) Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance, claims processing, and SQL Familiarity with EDI formats and benefit/contract configuration Nice-to-Have: Experience with QNXT Integration Components, Agile tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps) Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid plans and HIPAA compliance Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to mentor (for senior roles) and work in cross-functional teams Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Health Informatics, or related field QnXt certification/training is a plus Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹305,343.76 - ₹959,187.42 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Schedule: Fixed shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
