As our products scale, we're seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure our software is bug-free, reliable, and delivers a seamless user experience.

Role Overview

As our QA Tester, you will be responsible for testing web and mobile applications across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, designers, and project managers to identify bugs, ensure quality standards, and maintain product reliability across all releases.

Key ResponsibilitiesTesting & Validation

• Execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications
• Perform functional, UI, regression, integration, and system testing
• Validate fixes and features before every release

Bug Reporting

• Document detailed bug reports using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp
• Work with the development team to reproduce issues and verify fixes

Test Documentation

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
• Maintain clear documentation for QA processes and test results

Collaboration & Communication

• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and project reviews
• Provide timely feedback to developers and project stakeholders

Quality Assurance

• Ensure the software meets company standards and client requirements
• Help implement best practices in quality assurance and testing

What We’re Looking ForExperience

• 1+ year of experience in software QA or a testing role

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

Skills & Tools

• Familiar with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and different testing methodologies
• Knowledge of HTML, basic SQL queries, and mobile testing tools is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Mindset

• Detail-oriented, patient, proactive, and quality-focused

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
