Job Description

POSITION: Python Django Developer

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop secure REST APIs using Django and Django REST Framework
Build scalable backend architecture with PostgreSQL
Implement user roles, access control, and financial transaction logic
Integrate Razor pay/Cash free and handle real-time payment status updates
Set up notification services (email/SMS) and background jobs using Celery
Optimize database performance, implement caching and logging
Collaborate with React Native frontend team and product designers
Ensure complete test coverage and code quality using unit tests and Git workflows

Must-Have Skills:

Django, DRF, PostgreSQL, Redis, Celery
RESTful API design & JWT Authentication
Deployment experience (Ubuntu, NGINX, Gunicorn)
Git, Docker, CI/CD tools
Understanding of web security practices (OWASP, encryption, rate limiting)

Bonus Skills:

Experience in SaaS platforms or financial workflows
Working knowledge of third-party APIs (SMS, Geolocation, Notifications)
Ability to write technical documentation (SRS-level clarity)
