• Develop, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Selenium for web applications.
• Design and optimize test automation frameworks to ensure scalable and efficient testing processes.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and product teams to integrate automation into the software lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and debug Python-based test scripts and Selenium automation issues to deliver high-quality releases.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of test cases to adapt to evolving application requirements.
• Engage in on-site teamwork in India to support continuous testing improvements and operational excellence.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Must-Have: Strong proficiency in Python programming with a focus on automation testing.
• Must-Have: Proven hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for automating web applications.
• Must-Have: In-depth knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices for quality assurance.
• Preferred: Familiarity with additional tools such as Appium and experience in CI/CD integrations.
• Preferred: Exposure to cloud-based testing environments and performance testing strategies.
• Preferred: Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills with a proactive approach.
