Job Description

Now Hiring: Senior Python Developer (Immediate Joiners Only)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Python Developer with a strong foundation in PostgreSQL and hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and Aurora.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver scalable backend solutions using Python and AWS
Lead and mentor a team of Python developers
Drive best practices in web application development and CI/CD pipelines
Participate in solution architecture, prototyping, and requirement analysis
Ensure high-quality code through thorough testing and peer reviews

Technical Requirements

Proficiency in Python and frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django
Strong expertise in PostgreSQL, PL/pgSQL, and performance optimization
Solid experience in AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, Aurora, Step Functions, S3
Exposure to authentication using AWS Cognito
Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD workflows
Familiarity with version control systems like Git or Bitbucket

Nice to Have

Exposure to the utilities domain (e.g., Metering Services)
Knowledge of MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Oracle
Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and unit testing

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with relevant work experience
