Python Developer

Role- Backend Engineer (Python + AL/ML)

Location- Hyderabad (Hybrid)

The Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Backend Engineer to join our core team. You will

be the architect of our server-side logic and a key player in building the intelligent features that

will define our product. While your foundation will be in rock-solid backend development, you'll

have a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies, including Large Language

Models (LLMs), to build features that feel like magic.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build the Core: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend

services and APIs using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL/MongoDB.

• Pioneer AI Features: Spearhead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) to

create groundbreaking product features. This includes everything from prompt

engineering to building robust application logic around AI services.

• Shape the Product: Collaborate closely with everyone—frontend developers, designers,

and marketing folks—to brainstorm new ideas and translate them into technical realities.

• Own the System: Take ownership of our system's architecture, from High-Level Design

(HLD) down to Low-Level Design (LLD), ensuring we build for scale and reliability.

• Move Fast: You'll join a fast-paced environment where you'll have to experiment, learn

quickly, and see your work deployed rapidly.

What We're Looking For (The Essentials)

• Strong Backend Foundation: 1-3 years of professional experience in backend software

development, building and deploying backend systems professionally.

• Python & FastAPI Expertise: Strong knowledge of Python and significant experience

with FastAPI.

• Architectural Mindset: A solid grasp of both Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-

Level Design (HLD) principles. You can think systematically about trade-offs,

scalability, and maintainability.

• API Craftsmanship: Ability to design, build, and maintain clean, efficient, and well-

documented APIs.

You'll Really Catch Our Eye If You Have:

• Experience with AI/LLMs: You've built products or applications that integrate with

LLMs (e.g., using APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models from Hugging

Face).

• Model Finetuning Experience: You have hands-on experience finetuning pre-trained

models to improve their performance on specific tasks.

• Familiarity with the AI Ecosystem: You're comfortable with concepts or tools like

vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), or

frameworks like LangChain.
