Job Title: Proposal Engineer

Location: Dapodi, Pune

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical

Position Summary:

To support / assist team in efficiently making and completing company proposals. A few of their main duties include:

❖ Preparation and validation of Proposals

❖ Do cost estimation of project

❖ Preparation of GA drawing on Auto CAD software

❖ Coordinate with internal & External stockholders to understand RFQ and discuss solutions.

❖ Creating proposal timelines duly consult with HOD

❖ Complete assignments within stipulated time frame

❖ Creating and giving presentations to supervisors and shareholders

❖ Collaborating with other departments to write and implement proposals

Responsibility:

➢ Proposal & project team coordination

➢ Verification of various drawings as per projects

➢ Execution of Cost estimation & project budget

➢ Managing project details in system

➢ Coordination & Technical discussion with clients

➢ Keep track of customer wise proposals

➢ Active participation in Kick off meetings

➢ Proposals review with HOD on daily basis

➢ Participant in departmental initiatives activities

➢ Checking all incoming orders for commercial correctness Grauer & Weil (India) Ltd.

➢ Maintaining ISO documentations

➢ Exports procedures awareness & Documentations

Industry: Engineering works in disciplines that include mechanical, electrical, chemical, Paint, Hazardous and environmental engineering, among others.

Key Skills:

• Good communication skill in English (written & verbal)
• Analytical Skill / Presentation skill
• Knowledge of commercial / Proposals /Sales & Marketing / Project cycle
• Knowledge of Export and documentation
• MS office – Words/Excel/Power point is must
• Knowledge of Auto CAD – Value added
• Knowledge of SAP – SD Module is value added

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
