Project Support Specialist

The Specialist - Project Support role at MANN+HUMMEL in Bangalore, Indien is a key position responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading cross-functional projects from ideation to completion within the organization. As a member of the GS-IN-SL team, you will play a critical role in maintaining data transparency, supporting product lifecycle processes, and ensuring operational efficiency through cross-departmental collaboration. Your main tasks will include performing various activities within the GS-IN-SL team according to defined process documents, preparing and maintaining project reports, supporting the creation of internal orders, and executing assigned processes accurately and efficiently. You will also be responsible for facilitating effective communication with internal stakeholders such as project teams, sales management, logistics, and production teams. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with around 0 to 1 years of experience in Project Management/PMO or Sales Support, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in PLM software and CDB (Cim Database), as well as strong skills in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio, are essential. A customer-centric approach, negotiation and time management skills, excellent communication, organizational abilities, and a team player mindset are also required. Additionally, a process-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, willingness to work flexible shift hours, and readiness to travel internationally when necessary are important attributes for this role.
