Job Title: Project Site Engineer Location: Sarjapura Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Project Execution / Site Management Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Project Site Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in civil construction. The role involves overseeing on-site execution, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring quality standards, and supporting project planning and progress. The ideal candidate should have hands-on site experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to manage day-to-day construction activities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Monitor and manage daily site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, timelines, and quality standards. Project Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth workflow and timely issue resolution. Planning & Scheduling: Support project planning and scheduling to meet milestones and budget targets. Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety norms, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines on site. Material & Resource Management: Track material usage, inventory, and coordinate procurement to prevent delays. Reporting: Maintain daily site logs, work progress reports, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager. Technical Review: Interpret construction drawings and ensure execution as per approved designs and BOQs. Problem Solving: Address and resolve technical or site-related issues efficiently to avoid disruption.
