Job Description

Role & responsibilities : 1) Execute the on-site project activity based on the schedule and the engineering drwaings. provided. 2) Carry out on-site activities like Equipment erection and its alignment, piping and its fabrication MS/SS, coordinating electrification work and insulation work both hot and cold based on engineering drawings like, equipment plan/ layout, elevation, GA drawing, P&ID and various equipment/ electrical items/ feeders/ instrument/ insulation schedule. 3) Shall have good ability to read and translate the engineering drawings mentioned above. 4) Conducting the mechanical testing/ pre-commissioning activity that includes hydro testing and pneumatic testing, cold/ hot loop electrical testing. 5) Co-ordinating and extracting the work from on-site contractors team for erection and installation activity. 6) Delivering the work as per project schedule and under strict timelines. 7) Accountable for receiving the project material on site and safe storage and verifying that its received per the DC and list provided by the engineering team. 8) Coordination with internal departments and clients project team for smooth execution of the project. 9) Coordinating with sub-vendors team for installation of ancillary equipment like Cooling tower, Boilers, chiller e.t.c. 10) Keeping track of day-to-day activity, documenting it and reporting the project manager/ HOD on daily basis. 11) Following basic safety rules for onsite project activity. Preferred candidate profile : Process Industry like Edible Oil Refinery, Food Processing, Bio-Diesel, Dairy, Petroleum, Distillery, Beverage Etc. Required Skill 1) Good English Language communication skills with excellent documentation and reporting skills. 2) Project Installation Commissioning experience is big advantage along with technical knowledge. 3) Experience in the Edible Oil refining or Bio-diesel production or chemical processing or dairy or food processing industry will be preferred 4) Ready to travel /visit and locate on project sites PAN India & Overseas .
