Project Manager – MEP (Interior Fit-Out Works)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager – MEP to lead and manage MEP works in high-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 10–12 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP services for interior fit-out projects from concept to handover.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and internal teams for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Review design drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs; identify discrepancies and ensure technical accuracy.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment in line with project schedules.
• Monitor progress and quality of MEP installations on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, and main contractors for approvals, inspections, and smooth coordination.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, resource allocation, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain proper documentation including work progress reports, inspection requests, and material submittals.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and local statutory regulations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
• 10–12 years of hands-on experience in MEP execution and project management within interior fit-out environments.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, standards, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP and architectural drawings.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning software (Primavera/MS Project).
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and authority approval procedures.
