Project Manager (MEP)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced MEP Project Manager to lead and manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and proven experience in delivering MEP systems within timelines, quality standards, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP works across the project.
• Manage design reviews, technical submittals, and drawing approvals in coordination with consultants and clients.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of all MEP services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV systems, etc.).
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams to ensure proper integration of services.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site execution teams.
• Control project costs, track BOQ consumption, and ensure material and manpower optimization.
• Attend client and consultant meetings; prepare and present progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and project specifications.
• Manage QA/QC processes, testing protocols, and handover documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 8–15 years of experience in MEP project execution in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Sound knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, fire protection, and ELV systems
• Proficient in reading and interpreting MEP drawings, layouts, and technical specifications
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD / Revit MEP is preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
