Project Manager (Localization)

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our team.

About the job:

As a Project Manager, you will communicate and collaborate with the sales team, clients, internal teams and our translators from different parts of the world. You will be responsible for designing workflows, choosing the right resources for a job and getting it done on time and within budget.

You will deliver translated and localized websites, app strings, legal documents and software to clients around the world.

Timings: Monday-Friday day shift

Responsibilities:

1. Talent management: you will find the right linguists for various projects based on experience and education

2. Creating workflows, checklists and delivery schedules for projects

3. Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for quotes, timelines and deliveries

4. Continuously monitoring projects to make sure they are on schedule and giving regular updates to the project manager

5. Maintaining project reports, vendor feedback and costing sheets for every project

6. Ensure that the projects are executed on time within acceptable costs.

7. Prepare POs for vendors and co-ordinate with the finance team for payments

8. Maintain good relationships with all internal and external teams

9. Deliver files to clients and incorporate changes based on their feedback

Qualifications:

1. EXCELLENT written and spoken English communication skills

2. Any under graduation or post-graduation degree

3. Minimum 4 years of work experience in Project Management IN the localization industry

4. Works well under pressure and tight deadlines

5. Great interpersonal skills

6. Good negotiation skills

Technical Skills:

1. Excel/google sheets

2. Any CAT tool (not strictly required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
