As a project coordinator, you will communicate and collaborate with the sales team, clients, internal teams and our translators from different parts of the world. You will be responsible for designing workflows, choosing the right resources for a job and getting it done on time and within budget. You will deliver translated and localized websites, app strings, legal documents and software to clients around the world. Key Responsibilities Find and assign the right linguists for various projects based on experience and education. Conduct assessments and screen resources for each project. Create detailed workflows, checklists, and delivery schedules for projects. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for quotes, timelines, and deliveries. Monitor project progress to ensure timely execution and provide regular updates to the project manager. Maintain project reports, vendor feedback, and costing sheets for every project. Ensure projects are completed on time and within acceptable cost limits. Prepare purchase orders (POs) for vendors and coordinate with the finance team for timely payments. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external vendors. Continuously evaluate current vendors and identify new vendor opportunities. About the job: As a Project Manager, you will communicate and collaborate with the sales team, clients, internal teams and our translators from different parts of the world. You will be responsible for designing workflows, choosing the right resources for a job and getting it done on time and within budget. You will deliver translated and localized websites, app strings, legal documents and software to clients around the world. Timings : Monday-Friday day shift Responsibilities: 1. Talent management: you will find the right linguists for various projects based on experience and education 2. Creating workflows, checklists and delivery schedules for projects 3. Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for quotes, timelines and deliveries 4. Continuously monitoring projects to make sure they are on schedule and giving regular updates to the project manager 5. Maintaining project reports, vendor feedback and costing sheets for every project 6. Ensure that the projects are executed on time within acceptable costs. 7. Prepare POs for vendors and co-ordinate with the finance team for payments 8. Maintain good relationships with all internal and external teams 9.
