Project Manager IT & Non IT

We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can do more than just manage timelines, someone who can bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. In addition to leading cross-functional project delivery, you’ll be responsible for writing clear and detailed technical user stories that drive development work forward and ensure all stakeholders are aligned. Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within scope, and on budget Translate business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable technical user stories Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and QA to ensure shared understanding of requirements Break down complex technical requirements into smaller deliverables for agile sprints Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups when needed Track progress, identify risks, and manage changes to project scope, timeline, and resources Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and risks Maintain thorough project documentation, including roadmaps, sprint plans, and retrospectives Help teams prioritize work to maximize impact and reduce delivery bottlenecks Continuously improve project delivery processes based on retrospectives and team feedback Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a software or technical environment Experience writing technical user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlog Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies Good communication skills, able to translate complex technical topics for non-technical stakeholders Familiarity with tools like Linear, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field Preferred Qualifications Technical background or experience working closely with developers Experience with API integrations, cloud infrastructure or data platforms Familiarity with tools for wireframing or user journey mapping (Figma, Miro or similars Show more Show less
