Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Project Manager to join our AWS Partner Organization. As a PM, you will act as a trusted advisor to our customers and partners, helping them design, implement, and optimize their AWS cloud strategies. You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of AWS deployments, resolving technical challenges, and driving cloud adoption through best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a dedicated technical advisor to AWS customers and partners, ensuring their success in adopting AWS solutions.

Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and solution architects to provide technical guidance on AWS infrastructure, services, and solutions.

Provide proactive technical support, troubleshooting, and best practice recommendations for AWS environments.

Conduct AWS architecture reviews and performance optimization assessments for partners and customers.

Assist in developing and implementing cloud migration, modernization, and transformation strategies.

Act as a bridge between customers and AWS Support, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.

Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and training to partners and customers.

Drive AWS Competencies and SDP's practice.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Keep up to date with AWS advancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies to guide customers effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in cloud computing, IT infrastructure, or technical account management, preferably in an AWS Partner ecosystem.

Strong knowledge of AWS services, including compute (EC2, Lambda), storage (S3, EBS), networking (VPC, Route 53), and databases (RDS, DynamoDB).

Hands-on experience with AWS Well-Architected Framework, cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization.

Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud environments.

Excellent communication and customer-facing skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business value.

AWS Certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer, AWS Security, etc.) are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
