Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Sales Manager for the expansion of HeatCure’s B2B network. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting B2B sales meetings with Architects, Builders, and other key decision-makers, providing live product demonstrations, and driving Revenue generation through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage B2B sales opportunities by engaging with architects, builders, developers, and other industry stakeholders.

2. Conduct product presentations and live demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of HeatCure’s advanced nanotechnology coatings.

3. Build and nurture strong professional relationships to establish long-term partnerships and client trust.

4. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that align with their project goals.

5. Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives in assigned territories or segments.

6. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure a seamless client onboarding and after-sales experience.

7. Maintain and update a detailed sales pipeline and activity log using CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.

8. Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and innovations within the energy-efficient building materials sector.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - Female MBA Fresher’s also eligible with Excellent Communication Skills - 3+ years of experience in B2B Sales, business development, or channel development. - Proven track record of achieving targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Strong understanding of the B2B Sales. - Willingness to travel extensively within India.
