Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The role manages to Civil Work of stores at Apollo Pharmacy. This individual will be responsible to deliver project related activities and coordinate with cross functional business teams in to open new stores sourcing/ maintenance/ Civil works.

The individual will be partnering with our vendors and Suppliers in planning and executing the projects.

Key responsibilities for Civil Work:

Manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental norms during all phases of project execution.
