Project Manager

Job Position: Senior Project Manager Location: Kolkata, West Bengal Experience Required: 3-5 Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT service projects in .net. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, technical understanding, and the ability to drive projects from conception to successful completion. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT service projects across different domains and technological landscapes Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical teams, sales, and client stakeholders Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, client expectations, and organizational objectives Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics Negotiate and manage vendor relationships and external project dependencies Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders Implement and maintain project management best practices Required Qualifications Mandatory: must have experience in .net technology 3-5 years of proven project management experience in IT services Extensive experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project, Asana) Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: PMP certification: 1 year (Preferred) IT project management: 3 years (Preferred) .NET Technology: 2 years (Preferred) Location: Kolkata, West Bengal (Required) Work Location: In person
