Job Description

Project Manager – Commercial Interior Projects (Job Role):

Responsible for end-to-end management of commercial interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. Ensures timely execution within budget and quality standards. Key responsibilities include:

Project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
Coordinating with design, procurement, and execution teams
Managing client communication and approvals
Overseeing contractor work, site progress, and safety compliance
Tracking budgets, billing, and change orders
Ensuring timely completion and successful handover

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
5+ years experience in commercial interior project execution
Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes, MEP coordination, and materials
Proficient in MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD, and project tracking tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
