Project Manager

We are looking to add a skilled Project Manager to our dynamic team to lead key projects that will drive our strategic objectives and continue our legacy of excellence. Role Description We are looking for a Project Manager who will support the Project Management team by managing project documents, handling client interactions, and tracking project progress. The Project Manager plays a key role in maintaining our tools and trackers, communicating with internal stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects stay on track. Key Responsibilities · Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. · Create comprehensive project plans for internal teams and clients. · Lead and coordinate project staff and resources to ensure timely completion of milestones and adherence to quality standards. · Monitor project progress and prepare scheduled reports on milestones and deliverables. · Communicate project status, risks, and issues proactively to all stakeholders. · Manage budgeting and forecasting to ensure projects are completed within budget. · Identify and minimize project risks throughout the life cycle. · Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement. Educational Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. · Preferred: Master’s degree or PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Experience · Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in the software industry. Required Skills · Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies; CSM accreditation or equivalent is preferred. · Experience in an Agile delivery environment with a focus on metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and WIP. · Team-oriented with a growth mindset and strong communication skills. · Stakeholder management and ability to handle cross-functional teams. · Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills. · Proficient in MS Office and project management tools. · Understanding of change management and performance evaluation processes. · Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. · Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
