Role and Responsibilities
Strategic purpose:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including project sponsors, business leaders, and team members, to ensure alignment and support for project objectives. Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans and proactively address potential issues to minimize impact on project delivery.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements. Implement best practices and methodologies to achieve high-quality outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including status reports, project plans, and meeting minutes. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project management practices and outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualification
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Should have strong experience in Project Management (Mid to Senior level).
- Possess excellent problem-solving abilities and be capable of making clear decisions under pressure Organizational skills, as they need to manage multiple priorities and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Solid understanding of both business and IT, enabling them to bridge the gap between these areas. Experience with change management, facilitating alignment and accountability within the organization.
