Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
• Set up, manage, and optimize project boards and workflows in

  ClickUp

  .
• Assign and track tasks, monitor deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, marketing, and leadership.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, weekly check-ins, and retrospectives.
• Identify project risks and proactively find solutions to stay on track.
• Maintain project documentation and status reports using ClickUp dashboards and reporting tools.
• Provide training or guidance to team members unfamiliar with ClickUp.

Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and oversee project lifecycle from planning to delivery. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team performance to ensure high-quality outcomes. Manage client expectations, budgets, and timelines.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge and experience using

  ClickUp

  as a project management tool.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
