Job Description: Project Manager, Oracle ERP Qualification: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Accountancy (CA), or a related field • 10-15 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS/Cloud implementations and support • Proven track record of managing 2-3+ ERP projects with 10+ team members • Extensive experience interacting with clients. Onsite US/Europe experience is preferable • Familiarity with ERP implementation methodologies • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • PMP certification (preferred) Job Responsibilities: • Lead and manage complex Cloud ERP projects and programs • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, track progress, and provide regular status updates • Oversee project resource allocation, milestone tracking, and client invoicing • Present project status, risk assessments, and change management plans to program governance bodies • Effectively manage escalations, coordinate with stakeholders, and build strong client relationships • Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams within projects and across ERP practices Calfus Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
