Job Description

Project Management Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project planning and execution across M&R automation, facility upgrades, and process reengineering
Drive cross-functional initiatives involving operations, IT, procurement, and compliance
Establish and monitor project governance, budgets, and timelines using PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent)
Manage external vendors and contractors to ensure project milestones are met
Track and report KPIs, risk logs, and progress dashboards for internal stakeholders

Ideal Profile:

10–15 years of experience in project management within logistics, infrastructure, or industrial operations
Proven track record in delivering greenfield/brownfield projects (preferably in CFS or container logistics)
Strong knowledge of automation, digital tools, and process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma preferred)
Proficient in project management software and financial tracking
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
